Interesting.
I like fusion music. Stepping out of one's comfort zone in music and hearing something different is worth doing.
This qualifies. I don't know if I'm going to be listening much to it, but it's worth a listen (and a gander).

Damn.
Not bad.
Not bad at all.
It doesn't hurt that I've got a fondness for redheads who can rock a fiddle. ( e.g. http://hedgeroot.com/ )
And for the video game nerds, I think that's the same girl as in http://www.toplessrobot.com/2011/11/the_legend_of_zelda_the_legend_of_this_girl.php

I should have mentioned that she was cast in a video playing Link. I just thought that this musical technique was more original.
When my daughter had seen the vid that Stingray linked, she and I both said, "Oh, it's Link." Then we looked at each other and asked, "How did you know that?!?" Heh. Cross-cultural.
I found both through the incredible Glide-Cam work of Devin Graham, who may be forgiven for always seeming super-stoked, because frankly, he appears to lead one helluva life.
Huh. The violin woke Gracie and made her whimper. And all I really wanted to know whas where it was filmed...I was thinking of that ice sculpture place in China, but this isn't it.
I like it.
