If you don't draw yours, I won't draw mine. A police officer, working in the small town that he lives in, focusing on family and shooting and coffee, and occasionally putting some people in jail.

There are worse ways to die...

...than apprehending a bad guy.

I just hope one of the shots that hit the bad guy was from Cox's gun, and I actually hope that the shooter doesn't die, until we can get all the info from him that we need.

Prepare for knee-jerk calls by Dallas city loudmouths for a ban on those evil assault rifles.

I knew one of the last DPD cops who was murdered, Kevin James. He was with Northwest Division, too. Since when did northwest Dallas become such a dangerous place?

I don't know that it's particularly NW division that's gotten so bad, but that the southern problem moves north progressively.

May he find a place at the table in the great hall, where his cup and plate are full among the heroes.

I saw that Caprice on 635 a couple of weeks ago. Ugly things like that are easily remembered. I sincerely doubt that there could be two of them around.

A small-statured, thin black female was driving, alone in the vehicle.
